Building a new pool

Five steps from consultation to first swim

How a custom pool build runs with us, start to finish.

  1. On-site consultation

Every project starts in your backyard, not our office. We look at the space, listen to how your family wants to use it, talk budget honestly and price it in writing.

  2. Design and estimate

Your pool is designed for your exact yard: sun, soil, drainage and the look of your home. Then a line-item estimate, so every cost is settled before we dig.

  3. Build and install

Excavation through finish work is handled by our in-house crew, with progress updates every week. The people who priced your pool are the people building it.

Good to know

Questions, answered

What areas do you serve?

Broken Arrow, where our shop is, plus Tulsa (including Midtown), Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and Claremore. If you are just outside those cities, call (918) 814-5309 and we will tell you straight away whether we can get a crew to you.

Are your estimates really free?

Yes. We come out, look at the pool and the equipment, and give you a written price before any work starts. There is no charge and no obligation.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Cleaning, repairs, replastering and builds are handled by our own in-house crews, so the people who price the job are the people who do it.

When should I schedule my pool closing?

Book in early fall and plan to close before the first hard freeze. A pool that is closed properly, with the lines cleared and the equipment winterized, is far less likely to have freeze damage in spring. This season, closings are $199 plus chemicals.

How do I know my pool needs replastering?

Rough plaster that scratches feet, stains that will not brush or clean off, visible cracks, or chalky white deposits are the usual signs. Standard plaster typically lasts 10 to 15 years; quartz and pebble finishes usually last longer with good water chemistry.
